Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Membership Access

Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and access educational content available through the Apothecary, Anatomy, and A–Z sections of this website, along with any email communications, videos, or other materials made available to members ("Member Content").

This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell any Member Content, in whole or in part
• Share your login credentials or membership access with any non-member
• Use any automated tool, scraper, or bot to extract or archive Member Content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Member Content
• Use Member Content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to teaching, publishing, or reselling the material as your own

All Member Content — including but not limited to written herbal profiles, energetics frameworks, original terminology (including but not limited to "Phytosomaticpsychology" and "Phytosomaticsociology"), video content, and any other original works — remains the intellectual property of Conscious-Healing and/or Leonidas Hamza, and is protected under applicable copyright law.

3. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination of your membership, for any reason:

• Your license to access Member Content immediately ends
• You must cease all use of any Member Content you accessed, downloaded, saved, screenshotted, or otherwise retained during your membership
• Retention or continued use of Member Content after termination constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action

4. No Warranty; Educational Purpose Only

Member Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Conscious-Healing is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health condition or before beginning any new herbal regimen.

5. Changes to Membership or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, the scope of membership benefits, or discontinue the membership program at any time, with or without notice.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your membership shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

7. Intellectual Property Enforcement

Conscious-Healing actively monitors for unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of its Member Content. Violations may result in immediate membership termination and pursuit of all available legal remedies, including but not limited to claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable state and federal intellectual property law.
